Tweed Landcare would like to welcome Amalia Pahlow to the new Landcare Coordinator position. We were part of the North Coast Regional Landcare application to Landcare NSW for the new positions provided to all regions across NSW. The new Landcare Coordinator role increases TLI’s ability to communicate on a regional and state level, via developing our internal governance.
Amalia was the Tweed Landcare Officer in 2014 and prior to that she was a Catchment Officer at Northern Rivers CMA which has evolved into the modern North Coast Local Land Services. Amalia’s familiarity and experience with on ground works, planning and community work will be an asset in this new role. Qualifications of BSc Applied Physical Geography (honours) and Diploma in Community Coordination and Facilitation bring great expertise to the role.
Amalia will be in the office on Mondays and also getting out and about to meet groups and landowners to see how we can best help Landcarers in the Tweed.Contact on (02) 6670 2199 (Mondays) or email@example.com
