Isabelle Oude-Egberink is Tweed Landcare’s Community Officer, where she supports our Native Seedbank Project, our Grassroots Gazette and is the event organiser for the World Environment Day Festival. Isabelle joined Tweed Landcare after moving from a social science research role with CSIRO on environmental and agricultural research projects in Australia and South-East Asia.
Amalia Pahlow is Tweed Landcare’s Local Landcare Coordinator. She has been in this role since 2016 after moving from a river restoration role with the NSW Government. Amalia’s focus is on supporting the Care groups and their volunteers- which is undertaken in partnership with Tweed Shire Council- and securing funding and partnerships to deliver conservation and landscape connection projects.
Amalia also works as a casual Project Officer delivering a range of projects including our flagship Filling the Biodiversity Gaps connecting the Tweed Coast to the Border Ranges projects and other projects that support restoration efforts of our Care groups.
